Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined below detail the rights, commitments and obligations which apply to all groups partaking in this Agreement. Whilst these terms and conditions are up to date, we reserve the right to amend them at any point without any prior notice period.
* It is the users own responsibility to ensure that the following terms and conditions are correct before any contract is signed.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
2.1 The company does not take responsibility for any inaccurate property descriptions provided. You will be liable to pay for any additional work that is carried out as a result of inaccurate information.
2.2 We reserve the right to make additional charges if any information provided is misleading, inadequate or incomplete.
2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the property can be accessed as per the Agreement.
(a) If the property is found to be inaccessible you will be required to pay a £50 minimum fee.
2.4 You will be required to provide us with your credit/debit card details in order to confirm a booking.
(a) All payments made by credit card will be subject to an additional 2% fee.
2.5 You will be assigned an estimated timeslot once your booking has been finalised. This slot is subject to change and may be affected by a range of unforeseen circumstances. We take no responsibility for such circumstances.
2.6 Adequate parking facilities should be made available. You will be liable to pay any parking fines that are incurred whilst we are present at your property.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 We require all of our services to be paid for at the beginning of the service. Card payments can be taken over the phone; cash payments can be made on arrival. We do not accept payment by cheque.
3.2 The prices are based on the minimum charge of the provided service.
(a) Carpet cleaning minimum of 48 GBP including VAT
(b) One Off Cleaning minimum of 128 GBP including VAT
3.3 Further charges may be added to your service fee, including an £11.50 congestion charge and a variable fee for properties beyond the M25.
4. Re-schedule and Cancellation of Appointments
4.1 You will be charged a £50 fee for any bookings that are cancelled without 24 hours prior notice.
4.2 At least 24 hours prior notice should be provided for any rescheduled appointments. If this is not provided, you will be liable to pay a £25 rescheduling charge.
5.1 The property must meet our Health & Safety guidelines and should provide our workers with access to hot water and sufficient lighting. Cleaners House Ltd can cancel any booking if the property conditions are considered to be substandard.
5.2 We do not guarantee that all services will be provided by our in-house team. Bookings may be fulfilled by subcontractors.
5.3 You will be asked to fill in a feedback form to confirm that you are satisfied with our work before we leave the property. If you are not available, then we will consider the work to have been completed to a satisfactory level. We are not liable for any complaints raised once the work has been signed off or has been deemed as being completed to an acceptable standard.
6.1 Cleaners House Ltd is not responsible for any of the following issues:
(a) fabrics appearing more faded or worn after the dirt has been extracted
(b) not being able to remove existing damage i.e. spillages or stains
(c) scratches or other damage to floors where the furniture legs have not been sufficiently protected
(d) incomplete services due to the arrival of a third party
(e) the shrinking of curtains following a steam cleaning service
Cleaners House Ltd will endeavour to deal with any complaints that are raised in a prompt and timely manner. These complaints must be raised within seven working days of your Service provision. Any complaints raised outside of this period will not be accepted.
